 NO.SO(A&T)SELD/9(3)/2020: In supersession of this department's notification of even number dated 22nd April, 2021 and with the approval of Competent Authority, the classroom teaching & learning activities from class ECE to XII in all the Public & Private Institutions under the administrative control of School Education & Literacy Department, Govt. of Sindh are hereby suspended with immediate effect till 17th May, 2021. However, the Principals/Head Masters/Head Mistresses of the institutions will call minimum staff to school premises on rotation basis for managing the home learning activities through online classes and homework assignments to be given to the students through whatsapp/emails or in person on weekly basis whichever mode is feasible and safe, in order to cover syllabus with strict compliance of the guidelines notified by this department vide Notification of even number dated 27th November, 2020.

 It is notified for general information that 13th May to 17th May, 2021 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) will be public holidays on the occasion oF Eid-ul-Fitr. The above press released may kindly be published in all major English and Urdu Dailies both at National and Regional levels and also be given wide publicity through electronic media.

 NO:SO(A&T-I) Steering Comtt:/9-1/2018: In pursuance of the decisions of National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) regarding the deteriorating situation of Covid-19 in the Province and with the approval of the Competent Authority, the following instructions are hereby notified for strict compliance.  i. Physical classes in all Public and Private educational institutions under administrative control of the College Education Department, Government of Sindh shall remain suspended with immediate effect till 17th May, 2021.  ii. The teaching staff will continue online/home based teaching-learning activities to cover up the loss of academie time.  iii. The Principals are directed to ensure presence of essential staff to ensure cleanliness and regular upkeep of the colleges during closure period.

 It is notified for all the candidates appearing in interviews and written examinations that the same are put on hold till further orders on the directions of Honourable High Court, Circuit Bench Hyderabad.

 In pursuance to Government of Sindh, Finance Department letter No. FD (SR-I) 1 (52)/ 2010 Dated: 07.06.2010 and after scrutinizing the all required papers i.e. ACRS/Service record with Original Service Books and performance of the teacher concerned of each and every case, the following High, School Teachers and their equivalent cadre Teachers (School Side) are hereby allowed the incentive of Higher Grade on the basis of Time Scale on the following terms and conditions & dates shown below against each on the basis of the following criteria. BS-15 to BS-17 BS-17 to BS-18 BS-18 to BS-19 Áfter 09 years. After 14 years. After 21 years.  1. The Higher Grade will be considered as personal to the incumbent without allowing premature increment at the time of pay fixation in the higher grade and the award of higher scale will not create any right to claim of highei post.  2. The above order is subject to revision/modification and cancellation as and when found necessary.

Whereas, the home learning activities through online classes and homework assignments to be given to the students through whatsapp/emails or in person on weekly basis, whichever mode is feasible, shall however continue to cover the loss of academic time with the strict compliance of the guidelines notified by this department vide Notification of even number dated 27h November, 2020. The Teaching staff shall regularly attend their institutions for homework assignments,
