SO ( ART ) SE & LD / 9-3 / 2020 :  In pursuance of decisions of Steering Committee meeting held on 16-06-2021 and with the approval of Competent Authority ie Minister for Education & Literacy , Sindh , the Examination Schedule and Examination of Elective Subjects and other related issues are hereby notified as under :  1. Conduct SSC Part - II ) Annual Examination 2021 from July 05 , 2021 and HSC ( Part - II ) Annual Examination , 2021 of the elective subjects ( condensed syllabus ) from July 26 , 2021 respectively .  2 Conduct SSC ( Part - I ) Annual Examination , 2021 of the elective subjects ( condensed syllabus ) after completion of SSC ( Part - II ) examination and HSC ( Part 1 ) Annual Examination 2021 of the elective subjects ( condensed syllabus ) after completion of HSC ( Part - II ) examination  3. Karachi to discuss the current situation of (COVID-19 in Educational Institution It is therefore, requested to kindly attend the said meeting either through video link or in person on the above the mentioned date, time and venue

 *Steering Committee meeting decisions:* ▪︎Matric Board Exam - 1st July to 15th July ▪︎Inter Board Exam - 28th July to 16th Aug  ▪︎New Session 2021-22 - 2nd Aug 2021 ▪︎Summer Vacations in July only ▪︎Practicals will be conducted before exams i.e in June  ▪︎Class Pre Primary to 8th exam will be conducted in June.
