   HONOURABLE HIGH COURT OF SINDH CIRCUT COURT HYDERABAD COMPETATIVE EXAMINATION-2018 IN CP No. D-2252 AND OTHERS. JUDGEMENT REGARDING COMBINED COMPETATIVE EXAMINATION-2018 IN CP No. D-2252 AND OTHERS. The Honourable Chief Secretary may kindly peruse judgment of High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad (Annexure-A). It is stated that vide aforementioned judgment, the Honourable High Court of Sindh. Circuit Court Hyderabad (Annexure-A). 2. Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad, has interalia set aside and cancelled results and proceedings ensued in respect of Combined Competitive Examination-2018.  3. The TMR Wing, SGA&CD, is conducting 15 Week online training of 58 PMS Probationary Officers recruited through said Combined Competitive Examination-2018 w.e.f. 28th May 2021 as 4" CSTP,  4. Keeping in view above mentioned judgment, it is proposed that 4" CSTP may be suspended till further orders,  5. The Chief Secretary Sindh may kindly approve para 4 above,

 It is notified for all the candidates appearing in interviews and written examinations that the same are put on hold till further orders on the directions of Honourable High Court, Circuit Bench Hyderabad.

 Sindh Public Service Commission conducted Pre-Interview written test for the posts of Planning Officer (BPS-17) DG Health Services in Health Department and Office Assistant (BPS-16) in Environment, Climate Change & Coastal Development Department, Government of Sindh in the months of October, 2020 and December, 2020, The candidates whose Roll Nos. are given below have qualified the written test.

 It is notified for the information of all aspirants for the post of Staff Nurse (BPS-16) in Health Department, Government of Sindh that the interviews scheduled on 01.04.2021 at SPSC Regional Office, Sindh Secretariat, Building No: 06, 2nd Floor, Karachi have been postponed on administrative grounds and same are rescheduled on 05.04.2021.

 A number of applications have been received by Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) in connection with recently held Screening Test of Combined Competitive Examination, 2021 and MCQ Type of Lecturers for their Pre-Interview process. Most of the candidates are aware of SPSC process that such observations are considered seriously. Panels of Experts in relevant subjects are constituted which go through all objections and reach at conclusions based on their research/knowledge. The Commission accords marks for wrong question on its part across the board/revise the answer keys in light of decision of those panels. Furthermore, where anomalies are found immediately at the beginning of the papers, such allowance is reflected in the respective keys of various subjects. It may be mentioned that Answer Key is uploaded to enable candidates to assess performance at their end.  Interview Result Of Assistant Subject Specialist Chemistry Announced By Sindh Public Service Commission The Sindh Public Service Commission interviewed eligible candidates for the post of Chemist (BPS-17) in Health Department, Government of Sindh and Assistant Subject Specialist Chemistry (BPS-17) in Sindh Text Book Board, Jamshoro in the month of March, 2021 and found the following candidates fit and suitable for appointment against the said post

 Pre-Interview written test for recruitment to the post of Head Master / Ilead Mistress (BPS-17) in School liducation & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh scheduled on Monday the 22nd March 2021 in which more than 30,000 (thirty thousand) candidates werc to appcar is hereby postponcd in the light of advice from Ilomc Department, Government of Sindh to liducation & Literacy Department and Sindh Public Service Commission and other relevant offices. New schedule will be announced once clearance is received from the concerned offices. The other ongoing tests will, however, be continued as per prescnt schedule since the number of candidates is less and manageable in accordancc with SOPS issucd from time to time .
