 NO.SO(A&T)SELD/9(3/2020: In pursuance of decision taken in the meeting of Provincial Task Force on 22 May, 2021 and keeping in view the alarming situation of COVID-19 in the province, the suspension of classroom teaching & learning activities from class ECE to XII in all the Public & Private Institutions under the administrative control of School Education & Literacy Department, Govt. of Sindh is hereby extended till further orders. IHowever, the P'rincipals/ Head Masters/Head Mistresses of the institutions will call minimum staff to school premises on rotation basis for managing the home learning activities through online classes and homework assignments to be given to the students through Microsoft Teams, whatsapp/emails or in person on weekly basis whichever mode is feasible and safe, in order to cover syllabus with strict compliance of the guidelines notified by this department vide Notification of even number dated 27th November, 2020.

 I am directed to refer to your letter No. FD(SR-1)15(01)/2021 (Committee) dated 22.04.2021 and to enclose herewith a copy of letter under Reie 370/2021 dated 18.05.2021 alongwith its enclosures from the GSTA, Sindh, on the subject noted above Finance Department is hereby requested that the direction/advise issued to the Accountant General, Sindh, Karachi as well as all District Accounts Otficers regarding recovery of paid amount in easy installments (not more than 1/3) from the salary of those teachers, who have been allowed said benefits trom the date of contract appointment, instead from the date of regularization may kindly be withheld, till finalization of matter, please

 All Public and Private educational institutions falling under administrative domain of College Education Department, shall observe the following timings during the Holy month of  Ramazan, 2021: In pursuance of the decisions taken in the meetings  Morning shift Monday to Saturday excluding (Frid.ay) Friday 8:00 AM TO 1:00 PAM S:00 AM TO 12:00 NOON  Evening shift Monday to Saturday excluling (Friday) Friday 2:30 PM TO 5:45 PM 2:30 PM TO 5:00 PM.

 سندھ حکومت نے رمضان المبارک کے مہینے میں سرکاری دفاتر کے اوقاتِ کار کا شیڈول جاری کردیا۔ نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق سرکاری دفاتر میں اوقات کار پیر تا جمعرات صبح 10 تا شام 4 بجے تک ہوں گے۔ جمعہ کو دفاتر میں صبح 10 سے دوپہر ایک بجے تک کام ہوگا۔
