* کمیٹی نے سفارش کی ہے کہ پرائمری اسکول ٹیچر بی ایس-9 سے اپ گریڈ کرکے بی ایس-14 کیا جائے
* پی ایس ٹی کی کم از کم قابلیت گریجوئیشن سیکنڈ ڈویژن میں ہونی چاہیے
* پی ایس ٹی اپنی پوری سروس پرائمری اسکولز میں کرینگے
* پرائمری اسکول ٹیچر کا پروموشن اگلے گریڈ میں ہوتا رہے گا
1. Primary Teacher BPS 14
2. Senior Primary Teacher BPS 16
3. Chief/Head Teacher BPS-17
* اساتذہ کی نئی بھرتی کیلئے پروفیشنل قابلیت لازمی ہوگی
* محکمہ تعلیم میں 37 ہزار مختلف اساتذہ کی اسامیاں ہیں
* محکمہ تعلیم نے آئی بی اے سکھر سے سلیکشن کیلئے معاہدہ کیا ہے
* ان اسامیوں کی بھرتی 3 سالوں کے اندر تین مرحلوں میں کی جائیں گیں
* کابینہ نے کابینہ کمیٹی کی سفارشات منظور کرلیں
* اب ان سفارشات کی روشنی میں محکمہ تعلیم کیس بنا کر اگلے اجلاس میں لائینگی
