Decisions Of Steering Committee

 NOTIFICATION

 NO . SO ( ART ) SE & LD / 9-3 / 2020 : 

In pursuance of decisions of Steering Committee meeting held on 16-06-2021 and with the approval of Competent Authority ie Minister for Education & Literacy , Sindh , the Examination Schedule and Examination of Elective Subjects and other related issues are hereby notified as under : 

1. Conduct SSC Part - II ) Annual Examination 2021 from July 05 , 2021 and HSC ( Part - II ) Annual Examination , 2021 of the elective subjects ( condensed syllabus ) from July 26 , 2021 respectively .

 2 Conduct SSC ( Part - I ) Annual Examination , 2021 of the elective subjects ( condensed syllabus ) after completion of SSC ( Part - II ) examination and HSC ( Part 1 ) Annual Examination 2021 of the elective subjects ( condensed syllabus ) after completion of HSC ( Part - II ) examination

 3. Paper pattem will contain 50 % MCQs , 30 % short answers and 20 % long answers . 

4 Examination duration will be reduced from 3 hours to 2 hours and 2 hours to 1 hour respectively . 

5. The respective schools and colleges will conduct practical examination and furnish the award sheets to their respective Boards

 6.5 % marks to be added to the total obtained marks of the elective subjects of SSC and HSC ( Part - II ) Annual Examination , 2021 and allocate average marks to all compulsory subjects in order to compensate the candidates .

 7. Additional 3 % marks will be added to the candidates result of SSC ( Part - 1 ) and HSC ( Part - I ) based on their performance in the SSC ( Part - II ) and HSC ( Part - II ) Annual Examination 2021 as per the Promotion Policy 2020 , 

8. The leftover candidates of 2020 shall be to promoted as per the Promotion Policy 2020 .

 9. SSC ( Part - II ) ( TSC ) Annual Examination 2021 by the Sindh Board of Technical Education Karachi from July 06 , 2021 and HSC ( Part - II ) ( DAE ) from July 27 , 2021 respectively . 

10. Examination of class IV to VIII shall be conducted by schools at their own convenience :
