I am directed to refer this department's letter of even number dated 22.04.2021 on the subject cited regarding instructions for recovery of paid amount in casy installment (not more than 1/3) form the salary of those teachers who have been allowed benefit of Running Scale/ Award on the basis of B.Ed, C.Tand P.T from the date of initial appointment on contract basis, are hereby kept in abeyance. 2- It is, therefore, advised to stop the process of recovery till clear advice from Regulation Wing.
