 In pursuance to Government of Sindh, Finance Department letter No. FD (SR-I) 1 (52y 2010 Dated: 07.06.2010 and after scrutinizing the all required papers i.e. ACRS/Service record with Original Service Books and performance of the teacher concerned of each and every case, the following High School Teachers and their equivalent cadre Teachers (School Side) are hereby allowed the incentive of Higher Grade on the basis of Time Scale on the following terms and conditions & dates shown as below against each on the basis of the following criteria. CRITERIA FOR AWARD OF HIGHER GRADE. NOMENCLATURE OF TEACHING NUMBER OF YEARS OF TOTAL SR. NO. SERVICE REQUIRED FOR HIGHER GRADE AS H.S.T. NEXT POSTS WITH GRADES. High School Teachers/Senior PTIS/SLTS/SDMS/Arabic Teachers/ Science Teachers/Equivalent Teachers(BS-15). BS-15 to BS-17 BS-17 to BS-18 BS-18 to BS-19 After 09 years. After 14 years. After 21 years.

 1. The Higher Grade will be considered as personal to the incumbent without allowing premature increment at the time of pay fixation in the higher grade and the award of higher scale will not create any right to claim of higher post. 

2. The above order is subject to revision'modification and cancellation as and when found necessary.
