CRITERIA FOR AWARD OF HIGHER GRADE. NOMENCLATURE OF TEACHING NUMBER OF YEARS OF TOTAL SR. NO. SERVICE REQUIRED FOR HIGHER GRADE AS H.S.T. NEXT POSTS WITH GRADES. 1. The Higher Grade will be considered as personal to the incumbent without allowing premature increment at the time of pay fixation in the higher grade and the award of higher scale will not create any right to claim of higher post.
