 REGULARIZATION OF HEAD MASTERS / HEAD MISTRESSES ( BPS - 17 ) AS PER ORDERS OF HONORABLE HIGH COURT SINDH .

 I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to inform that the Honorable High Court of Sindh @ Karachi has been pleased to order in CPD . No. D - 2431 of 2021 and CPD NO 2839 of 2017 that the eligibility of petitioners may be examined through Sindh Public Service Commission ( SPSC ) as per para -02 of letter dated 21-04-2020 vide order dated 05-05-2021 ( Copies of the order of Honorable High Court of Sindh in above CPs dated 05-05-2021 and department's letter dated 21-04-2020 are enclosed ) . It is also informed that in compliance to Court orders , the department initiated a Summary for Honorable Chief Minister Sindh , which was approved by the competent authority . ( A copy of the approved Summary is enclosed ) . It is further intimated that the Honorable High Court of Sindh @ Karachi , in above two petitions passed a detailed order and directed that nine hundred thirty - seven ( 937 ) Head Masters / Head Mistresses ( BPS - 17 ) , selected through Institute of Business Administration ( IBA ) , Sukkur , and twelve ( 12 ) petitioners may be referred for regularization to Sindh Public Service Commission ( SPSC ) . ( A copy of the order of Honorable High Court of Sindh in CP . No. D - 2431 of 2021 dated 25-05-2021 is enclosed ) . In view of the above , I am directed to request you for taking further necessary action for examining the eligibility of headmasters and Head Mistresses ( BPS - 17 ) as per existing rules / policy under intimation to this department . ( Copies of advertisement , existing recruitment rules , list of selected Head Masters / Head Mistresses ( BPS - 17 ) and twelve ( 12 ) petitioners are enclosed ) ,
