( i ) of notified transfer & posting policy 2021 for teaching staff of School Education & Literacy Department , Government of Sindh , vide this department notification No. SO ( GA ) SELD ( Transfer / Policy ) / 2021 Dated : 25th March , 2021 , the teacher transfer requests for the academic year 2021-22 shall be entertained as per following timlines though ssims.sindheducation.gov.pk :
Period Dates Task to be done 03 weeks 06 - Jul - 2021 to 27 - Jul - 2021 02 weeks 28 - Jul - 2021 to 11 - Aug - 2021 01 week 12 - Aug - 2021 to 19 - Aug - 2021 Interested teachers will be required to submit E - transfer applications for their transfer during this period , Scrutiny of E - Transfer applications by Concerned District Education Officer ( DEO ) during this period Scrutiny of E - Transfer applications ( except those where DEO is Competent Authority ) by Concerned Director during this period Scrutiny of E - Transfer applications by Director HR - MIS during this period .
