I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that in pursuance of " The Sindh Regularization Act of Teachers Appointed on Contract Basis Act 2018 " dated 16-05-2018 and on the recommendations of the Committee constituted on the subject matter . vide this department order No.SO ( SEC - III ) Sindh Uni / 2019 dated 27th November , 2020 , approved by the Secretary School Education & Literacy Department , the services of following Twenty Nine ( 29 ) School Teachers ( 09 HST & 20 JST ( Male / Female ) of District Sanghar , appointed / recruited through University of Sindh on contract basis are hereby regularized from expiry of their contract .
