Transfer And Posting Orders Of Teachers Under Wedlock Policy/Death Of Spouse/ Divorce Cases/STR

 With the approval of competent authority i.e worthy Minister , School Education & Literacy Department , the following teachers are hereby transferred & posted under wedlock policy / Death of Spouse / Divorce Cases / Ailing teachers suffering from debilitating chronic diseases & STR / Need Basis .












While implementing the transfer orders ( endorsement / issue relieving / allowing Joining ) all related service norms / codal formalities are mandatory to be observed and it should be ensured that 1 ) The teacher is a bonafide Government employee with undisputed credentials / service record . 1 ) The teacher has been performing his / her duty satisfactorily at his / her pre - transfer place of posting , 1 ) The teacher is not facing any disciplinary action / enquiry on any ground , 

iv ) The teacher is regular to his / her duties and has not been declared habitual absentee / absconder by supervising authority or the M & E - SELD . There is nothing outstanding ( financial / physical etc. ) lying pending against the teacher that prevents him / her to be relieved to join the new place of posting .

 vi ) In case of inter district / regional transfer , the name of transferred teacher is placed at the bottom of the related districtregional seniority lists as per the existing rules .

 In case if inter district / region transfer has been materialized both on need cum hardship grounds , an undertaking is obtained from the teacher to be placed on the record vii ) Issues / problems / errors and omissions etc are timely reported to the competent authority for further action without delay vill ) No TA / DA is admissible for joining the new place of posting
