I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to request you to issue direcetions/ instructions to the all DEOS to prepare the cases of the promotions of PSTS as per seniority cum fitness merit and submit to their respective Directorates of School Education Concerned fer consideration of promotion from the post of PST to JEST (BPS-14) through DPC as per rules/policy.

 UPGRADATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER FROM BPS-09 TO BPS-14 IN SCHOOL EDUCATION & LITERACY DEPARTMENT. Subject: Kindly refer to Decision at 8.8 on Agenda Item No.8 of Provincial Cabinet's meeting dated 17.07.2021. The decision is reproduce as under:- 8.8 DECISION: The Cabinet decided to refer the matter of up-gradation of the post of PST from BS-09 to BS-14 to the Cabinet's Sub-Committee on Finance. The Sub-Committee will thoroughly review the proposal up-gradation vis-à-vis the presently employed PSTS versus those who will be recruited after up-gradation of the post, and present exact financial implications and recommendations thereof in the next Cabinet meeting. You are requested to put up the matter before the Cabinet Sub-Committee on Finance for delibration and discussion. The large number of PST's are agitating the issue which might culminate into some undesirable act. Therefore, this matter may kindly be prioritized.

 TENTATIVE SENIORITY LIST OF JSTS (BPS-14)  Please enclosed find herewith tentative seniority list of junior School Teacher (BPS-14) Male working in your institutions, for circulation among all the concerned Teachers for verification of their particulars according to service books / service track record and return to this office one month time. In case of appeal against to the seniority, the same will be submitting through proper channel along with original documentary evidence for further process.
