 SUBJECT:- REQUEST FOR THE PROMOTION FROM THR POST OF PSTS TO JESTS (BPS-14). I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to request you to issue direcetions/ instructions to the all DEOS to prepare the cases of the promotions of PSTS as per seniority cum fitness merit and submit to their respective Directorates of School Education Concerned fer consideration of promotion from the post of PST to JEST (BPS-14) through DPC as per rules/policy.
