 REGULARIZATION OF HEAD MASTERS / HEAD MISTRESSES ( BPS - 17 ) AS PER ORDERS OF HONORABLE HIGH COURT SINDH .  I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to inform that the Honorable High Court of Sindh @ Karachi has been pleased to order in CPD . No. D - 2431 of 2021 and CPD NO 2839 of 2017 that the eligibility of petitioners may be examined through Sindh Public Service Commission ( SPSC ) as per para -02 of letter dated 21-04-2020 vide order dated 05-05-2021 ( Copies of the order of Honorable High Court of Sindh in above CPs dated 05-05-2021 and department's letter dated 21-04-2020 are enclosed ) . Conduct SSC Part - II ) Annual Examination 2021 from July 05 , 2021 and HSC ( Part - II ) Annual Examination , 2021 of the elective subjects ( condensed syllabus ) from July 26 , 2021 respectively .  2 Conduct SSC ( Part - I ) Annual Examination , 2021 of the elective subjects ( condensed syllabus ) after completion of SSC ( Part - II ) examination and HSC ( Part 1 ) Annual Examination 2021 of the elective subjects ( condensed syllabus ) after completion of HSC ( Part - II ) examination  3. Paper pattem will contain 50 % MCQs , 30 % short answers and 20 % long answers .  4 Examination duration will be reduced from 3 hours to 2 hours and 2 h

   HONOURABLE HIGH COURT OF SINDH CIRCUT COURT HYDERABAD COMPETATIVE EXAMINATION-2018 IN CP No. D-2252 AND OTHERS. JUDGEMENT REGARDING COMBINED COMPETATIVE EXAMINATION-2018 IN CP No. D-2252 AND OTHERS. The Honourable Chief Secretary may kindly peruse judgment of High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad (Annexure-A). It is stated that vide aforementioned judgment, the Honourable High Court of Sindh. Circuit Court Hyderabad (Annexure-A). 2. Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad, has interalia set aside and cancelled results and proceedings ensued in respect of Combined Competitive Examination-2018.  3. The TMR Wing, SGA&CD, is conducting 15 Week online training of 58 PMS Probationary Officers recruited through said Combined Competitive Examination-2018 w.e.f. 28th May 2021 as 4" CSTP,  4.
